Founded in 2020 during the COVID-19 pandemic, Movana was created with a simple mission: to make physical activity more accessible, practical, and achievable from anywhere.

 

At a time when gyms were closed and routines were changing, we focused on promoting movement trough simple, effective fitness essentials that require little space and minimal equipement.

 

Today, Movana continues to support a healthier and more active lifestyle - at home and outdoors.
